I made aluminium mounting plate for E3D V6 Hotend. The plastic plate is made for J Head hotend. I almost broke it half when I was trying to fit in E3D V6 last night. What was I thinking? LOL
A machinist cut the center slot of my plate for me. His thirty some thousands dollars of milling machine usually gets the job done ten to fifteen times faster than my labor intensive, boring manual work. I could’ve done it for one hour probably.
