I spent three hours to enlarge square hole in one of top vertex frames.

Tools I used for the tedious job: power drill with 3 mm bit, square file, flat file, and Vernier caliper.

I decided to buy six vertex frames for 2020 aluminum extrusion after short discussion with a machinist.

Dimension of the push rod mounting plate. This plate is bolted down to a steel linear rail device or a wheeled carriage.
