Passive oxygen pump for pond

It’s an experimental passive oxygen pump for pond’s water. The idea is when wind blows strong enough, it redirect air through the plastic cylinder into the water.

After install the wind fin, balancing the wind catcher by adding washers on the bar. The wooden shaft sits on the bearing in lower right corner.

Mouth of the wind catcher faces towards wind direction which I expect. Previous version faces opposite side of wind direction due to unbalance of the head assembly.
