Les Misérables

I watched the movie Les Miserables in the night today.  The movie was hard to follow due constant changing of emotion. It displays great contrast how the world created by humans have so much difference between the have and the power, few masters and many slaves.  Most of people in the movie were dead in the end.

When will humans create a sensible world that every person thrive without suffering? I often wondered. Victor Hugo might see the virtue in humanity but it’s surreal to me. Once again one of greatest novels leave the unanswered question which is “How”.

When I have spare time to play around one day, I’ll read English version of Les Miserables. The best way to understand any great work is to study originals as close as possible. But I don’t have super intelligence spending few years to learn French.

Victor Hugo’s comment on Wikipedia caught on my eyes “Man-made world is mixture of heaven and hell.” This is famous quote in Buddhism also. Did Hugo ever study Buddhism? Anyway after living forty some years I had obtained almost identical perspective about human civilization.

Les Misérables in the Preface:[3]

So long as there shall exist, by reason of law and custom, a social condemnation, which, in the face of civilization, artificially creates hells on earth, and complicates a destiny that is divine with human fatality; so long as the three problems of the age—the degradation of man by poverty, the ruin of women by starvation, and the dwarfing of childhood by physical and spiritual night—are not solved; so long as, in certain regions, social asphyxia shall be possible; in other words, and from a yet more extended point of view, so long as ignorance and misery remain on earth, books like this cannot be useless.

Towards the end of the novel, Hugo explains the work’s overarching structure:[4]

The book which the reader has before him at this moment is, from one end to the other, in its entirety and details … a progress from evil to good, from injustice to justice, from falsehood to truth, from night to day, from appetite to conscience, from corruption to life; from bestiality to duty, from hell to heaven, from nothingness to God. The starting point: matter, destination: the soul. The hydra at the beginning, the angel at the end.

Right now if I look around while lowering the guard, I see overwhelming misery of humanity virtually everywhere in the world. It’s so fucked. Many people live in worst conditions than animals period due to corrupted power structure and collective stupidity and deep mind control that’s been done thousands years.

Modern humans deliberately kill other weaklings for many reasons: ideologies, nation, race, religion, and profit. Furthermore driven by capitalistic economy, non-human entities as corporations literally has been destroying natural environment too.

I came to a conclusion most people who endure however painful there life is just because of beauty of world indirectly or directly they feel. Even though they don’t express it precisely, all living creatures on Earth have deadly beauty.

I can’t explain what elements make objects look beautiful. Watching dancing plants by wind or movement of butterflies brings me inspiration than greatest paintings nowadays. Why? Because live creatures are manifestation of conscious universe.

I might be dead one day. I don’t have fear of death anymore. I know what’s out there after death. But the problem is it will have remain as personal faith until humans develop technologies that communicate non-physical entities including souls of deceased people in past.

A good friend of mine, damn I miss that dude, could channel with various entities. It was bizarre how I ended up being his good friend. He was a typical playboy who have natural talents where the girls just chase him everywhere he goes. He knew how to projects surge of feeling and scan emotions and subtle change of the girl in front of him. A common trait of gifted psychic. Gentle, loving, playful, and know when and how to touch uneasy side of the girl.

I stop telling my personal life here. Back to the main subject. I had a vision about ending slavery of humanity once and for all last year. If people can produce and distribute needed energy by running Free Energy power generator, people won’t have to pay most of bills that are technically various forms of energy. And growing edible vegetables, fruits, crops, herbs, and trees by Permaculture will establish off-grid living outside of cities.

As soon as people have independent power of producing energy and food, raw materials to do stuff, slavery living in modern society will end.  Nicola Tesla already realized 100 years ago that energy free means life becomes free from limitation given by nature.
