First frost of this year. Winter is definitely coming. Day is getting shorter, night is becoming longer and colder. Six in the morning is near pitch black. I could see stars in sky. I tempted to take some star photos yesterday but I was lazy. The Orion constellation was shining near the 2/3 moon.
The outdoor temperature was between two to fifteen degrees. I woke up at three A.M and stayed all day. Room temperature was hitting at nine to ten degrees all time. I needed to do something to keep me warm until the sun came out for working.
Cold is inconvenient. I wear beanie, hat, a Long Johns pants, T-shirt, long sleeve, jacket, and vest. Wet clothes is bad for body. I just try to keep body warm not too cold nor sweating.
I decided to upgrade the base camp, a small tent that blocks cold air when I sleep or study. The goal is to remove the concrete floor, lower it fifty centimeters on ground level. The earth from the floor will be used for earthbags.
Noisy birds in the morning. They are so energetic during the morning breakfast.
