Sketch Effect – change photo into pencil sketch

I followed the tutorial here.

Steps:

Duplicate a layer from the background

Activate the layer

Apply Gaussian Blur

Image > Colors > Invert

Change opacity of the layer  to 50%

Merge down the layer

Colors > Levels

Colors > Desaturate

Colors > Leves
